RULES & ENTRY
To submit, email your photos and caption to photocontest@inceed.com.
Each month will have a unique winner. No one person may win back-to-back months.
You can only submit 2 photos per the month.
Participants may submit entries at any time, however, only those submitted prior to the deadline, which is the last day of each month at 11:59 PM CST will be placed in the current contest.
Each contest period will begin on the first of every month
Photographs must be in digital format. Entries will only be accepted through electronic mail (e-mail) via the online submission form. Unless otherwise noted, only the following e-mail address should be used: photocontest@inceed.com
Photos shall be a minimum of 600 pixels in width x 300 pixels in height, or visa versa. Higher resolutions are acceptable and recommended.
Though higher resolutions are acceptable, photos which are greater than 2MB in file size will be reduced to a lesser size.
Photographs that include sculptures, statues, paintings, and other works of art will be accepted as long as they do not constitute copyright infringement.
The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the Contest entrant or of the Contest entrant.
Contest entrant represents and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work and sole property of the entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or rights of another party, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the photograph.
Photos shall not have any watermark, copyright mark, or any such mark which identifies the photo to a specific source.
At the sole discretion of Inceed, the photograph must not contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
At the sole discretion of Inceed, any caption accompanying the photograph must not contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
At the sole discretion of Inceed, any photo and/or caption can be rejected for any reason.
By submitting your pictures to this contest, you grant Inceed the non-exclusive right to share or reproduce your photo without any remuneration being due.
By submitting your pictures to this contest, you agree to the rules of the contest.
If your photo includes other people, you must have each of them consent to the submission and grant Inceed the non-exclusive right to share or reproduce your photo without any renumeration being due.

JUDGING
Within 5 days of the end of the month, all photo submissions will be screened and those meeting the criteria will be voted on by a panel of judges who are not participating in the contest. This panel consists of Charles Shaw, Brian Cavalli, Aaron Fugate, and Colin Lee.
Pictures will be judged against these key criteria:
- “The Picture” – is the photo creative, beautiful, or interesting?
- “The Emotion” – does the photo evoke an emotion?
- “The Caption” – is the caption consistent with the theme (“Places”) of the contest?
- “The Place” – is the setting of the photo interesting, engaging, or exciting?
